Quotas run on a rolling 12-hour window, not a midnight reset. Example: if you use your last Ask message at 3am, that one slot comes back at 3pm — you don't get the whole allowance back at once.
On Free and Plus, reaching a tool's cap pauses that tool until the oldest use in your window ages out — the app tells you roughly how long that is. Pro has no cap on any tool.
